Today was my last day with PRA.....My friends at PRA gave me a sweet goodbye with a little gathering in the kitchen with pastry and a prezzie. I received a wonderful card full of well wishes and encouragement along with a beautiful necklace with blue and green beads, from a local jewellery store called Artina's, it specializes in Canadian Handcrafted one-of-a-kind gold and silver jewellery by First Nations Artists as well as Contemporary Canadian Artists. Check out the website: http://www.artinas.com/ (you'll have to cut and paste...I'm still not that savvy with my blog...yet).
To those of my friends at PRA who read my blog I just want to say thank you for giving me the best last day a girl could have. I do know that I will miss working with you and seeing you everyday but I do hope to keep up the promise of seeing you on the "outside"...LOL
After my last day at PRA I was off to my new job where I had training to do and a new job to learn. The Dr's office I'm going to work for has a Travel Clinic as well as two Doctor's who specialize in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. I work with one other girl her name is Tenille, we seem to get along just peachy keen.....she's a newfie...need I say more?
This Saturday is Steve and my 6th year anniversary, we went out tonight for dinner at Montana's and had Ribs and then to the movies....we saw Wild Hogs with **sigh** Johnny Travolta in it. If you saw the trailer for this on TV and thought to yourself......... hmmm I might like to see that.........OMG it was SO funny!!! We laughed our asses off and then just because we had a babysitter who we had to pay, we decided to get our money's worth and headed to the Casino.....Steve and I both have never been and wanted to check it out. We split a 20 and got 10 bucks each to play the slots...................We won about 13$ in total and spent it just as fast as we won it. We left once the credit's ran dry and Steve was bored..........not me I was waiting for my "cherry, cherry, cherry"..... I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon but it was something new and worth the experience.

Happy last day at PRA and happy anniversary! I'm glad you liked the necklace. I knew we had to get it for you cause it screamed "Victoria" as soon as we saw it. We'll miss you but we know you're off to greater and bigger adventures. Take care and keep in touch!!
